What is Stars?

Stars is the "command center" for a user's home search activity on your Ylopo Home Search Site, as well as the location to edit any listing alerts and text communication Ylopo is sending that lead. All Ylopo users can access Stars from a leads contact record in your CRM.

Your CRM will be integrated with Stars so you’ll be able to see your leads activity from your Ylopo Home Search Site within your CRM!

You will access Stars to manage your AI texting, make changes to Listing Alerts, Seller Alerts/Seller Reports, and select specific properties from your home search site to send the lead with the push listing tool.

  • You will access Stars directly from a contact record in your CRM. See how here.

  • Leads generated by Ylopo and leads that register on your home search site are automatically added to Stars.

    Auto-imported leads will also be added to Stars. Learn more here.

  • You can manually add a contact to Stars or by completing a Mass Lead Import.

  • The leads you import into Stars are eligible for remarketing.

  • You should import all of your database leads into Stars. Leads must first be added to your CRM. You must have a name and email to import a lead into Stars.

  • Ylopo is not a CRM. We will integrate our Stars platform and deliver leads to your integrated CRM.
