Integration Overview
Not all CRM integrations are the same. Use this guide to understand what your Ylopo experience will look like based on your CRM — what works, what's limited, and what to watch out for.
Your CRM and Ylopo stay in sync. Lead data, activity, and alerts flow in both directions seamlessly.
Most data syncs, but some features have gaps or require extra setup to work as expected.
Ylopo sends leads and updates to your CRM, but your CRM cannot send data back to Ylopo.
New leads arrive in your CRM, but that's about it. Ongoing updates and key features are unavailable.

Partial alerts means priority notifications are delivered by email or CRM note, but not by text push to the assigned agent. AI Text refers to Ylopo's behavioral texting feature. Stars link means you can open a lead's Ylopo Stars profile directly from your CRM. This overview reflects integration capabilities as of June 2026 and is subject to change.
